Complete product failure
Product appears very well planned as per the details mentioned but it ends there. Cage is made of the lowest grade material in actual.. This cage cannot take the weight of a puppy contrary to what’s shown.. The cage has already got dented in a week from purchase from all sides due to weight of a 5 month old retriever puppy.. The grills are also giving off the welding due to very poor fabrication.. the locks/ clamps used to hold the grill together are too sharp and hurts the pet.. Such vendors should please be blacklisted ..

The cage and tray received in good condion. The blanket to be part of the set not sent by the seller.Cage could be assembled easily and trays are easily getting fitted, could be removed and cleaned.The item is good except for non-receipt of the blanket given in product description.

Avoid as the mattress and handles promised weren’t delivered
The mattress never came and the tray below is in two parts. So how does one use the crate.Over and above that it took more than a week to deliver with only option to return and no other recourse. Steer clear of this please.
