I recently purchased CCTV cameras from TrueView company, and I am beyond impressed! From the moment I placed the order, everything went smoothly. The delivery was quick, and the setup process was incredibly straightforward. The cameras themselves are of exceptional quality, providing crystal-clear footage both during the day and at night. I’m particularly impressed with the wide-angle lens and the high-resolution video.But what really stood out was the customer support. I had a few questions regarding the installation process and some specific features of the system. The support team was responsive, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They were able to walk me through everything I needed and even followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly.One area for improvement, though, would be to make the customer care WhatsApp number more easily accessible. It was a bit tricky finding it, as it was only on the box or in the manual. It would be much more convenient if it were listed clearly on the product page or in the user guide.Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and highly recommend both the product and the company for anyone looking for reliable CCTV solutions!

The media could not be loaded.
I bought 4 camera 15 days ago. So far, there haven’t been any problems. Overall, it’s good. Video quality, sound quality, and night vision are all okay. No drawbacks so far. I’m using a 64GB memory card. Even after 15 days, overwrite hasn’t started yet.It has a lot of features like:Motion detectionTwo-way talkFull night colorSirenand many more.My personal opinion: If you keep all these extra features turned off and use the camera in a stable way, it will be better. It supports both 24-hour recording and event recording.
