    Title: Misleading Product Information – No Data Export Functionality

    The product description for the ThermoPro TP358 Bluetooth Thermometer is misleading. The listing clearly states that up to 2 years of data can be exported via email in Excel or CSV format. However, this feature simply does not exist on this model.I own two units of the TP358, and neither of them offers any option to export data. The only way to view historical readings is through the in-app graph on the phone, which cannot be saved, shared, or analyzed outside the app.If you are buying this model specifically for the data export feature, be aware that it is not supported, despite what the advertisement claims. The thermometer itself works fine for live monitoring of temperature and humidity, but the description about exporting data is inaccurate and misleading.
