    Service / Repair of the Agaro Foot and Calf massager

    We had bought the Massager in June 2024. Surprisingly in July 2025 just after a little more than a year, after warranty period was over, the machine stopped working after tripping the MCP. We contacted Universal Corporation / Agaro service. They sent a video after speaking with me. It was detected that the mother board needs to be replaced. They sent by courier and we paid were charged Rs.1000. After we fitted the machine is working. The Service person, Sagar from Agaro/Universal Corporation guided me well as was very helpful.

    Useless Machine, Fraud Company!

    Worst Product Ever – Total Scam!This machine stopped working within a month — nothing functions: no massage, no heat, no rollers. Despite raising complaints, I received no response from the company. The after-sales service has been absolutely terrible. I would strongly advise against purchasing any product from this brand.For nearly two months, I made repeated efforts to reach out — over 30 phone calls, several emails, and messages — yet there was no resolution. Neither was the machine repaired, nor was it replaced or refunded. They even closed my complaint two to three times without actually resolving the issue.I was repeatedly told that a technician would visit, but no one ever came. There was no communication or follow-up of any kind.This entire experience has been mentally exhausting. I genuinely feel harassed and deceived. The product is useless, the team lacks professionalism, and even their supervisors show no accountability.This brand has failed to deliver both in terms of product quality and customer service. Highly disappointing.

    Good product, works as expected. You can feel the optimum pressure in foot and calf while using. Recently I faced a technical glitch, which required the PCB to be replaced. The service centre promptly responded and the issue got resolved in a timely and professional manner. Satisfied with the product as well as the after sales warranty service.
