Great Air Fryer – Still Going Strong After 1 Year!
I’ve been using the Nutricook Air Fryer for over a year now, and I’m really happy with it. It still works just as well as when I first got it. The build quality is solid, and it’s very easy to use and clean.It cooks chicken perfectly—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I’ve also tried other things like fries, vegetables, paneer, and even reheating leftovers, and everything comes out great. It saves time, uses less oil, and makes everyday cooking much healthier.Definitely worth the investment. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a reliable air fryer that lasts!

I’ve been using the NutriCook air fryer for a year now, and I’m seriously impressed. Good buy
We purchased this airfryer during prime sale and I am very happy with this air fryer. It is easy to operate with lot of preset options, has shake reminder , the drawer type basket is easy to handle. We are able to air fry vegetables like bitter gourd without much oil and loss of nutrients. It also has bake and other options.

Customer service and problem resolution is unimaginative, poor and unreliable
Nutricook / Frootle India after sales service is poor and unreliable. Sharing a rather long post, do read if you are seriously considering buying any product through Frootle.We bought a Nutricook Air Fryer 2 in Dec 2021. It worked well until July of this year before it suddenly stopped working. The unit would switch off the moment the basket was re-inserted. Assuming it to be a problem with the sensor, we contacted Frootle India – the exclusive India partners for Nutricook. Upon their request, I sent them a video about the problem and paid for a service visit by their technician. Frootle India also said they would sent a spare part (payable separately) which was dispatched from Mumbai and arrived almost 10 days later. The technician took a few more days to schedule a visit, three weeks or thereabouts had already elapsed.Problems solved finally? Not at all. The technician announced that a wrong part had been sent despite the sharing of all details – invoice, model and serial number of the product! They would send the right parts once again and he would revisit. Back to the wait, now a month since initially reported. The new, supposedly correct, spare part arrives a couple weeks later and it is back to scheduling the technician visit. No response about the technician for couple more weeks.It is now approx 6/7 weeks before the technician visits again. Looks like a sincere lad, he huffs and puffs for a bit and says that the “new correct” part does not go into the slot and he can take it back to the workshop and try to fix it there with the right tools etc. Hmm, OK – we give the go ahead.Weeks go by before someone else from the tech team, note that the interlocutor has now changed, says that they can’t fix the product and will send the machine back. Upon expressing my disappointment with the whole process, they offer me a Rs 2000 discount on a new similar product.Resigned to this fate, we now check the Amazon app and discover the same product (Air Fryer 2) is still selling for a similar price! Why is it still selling if they are unable to source a part for our machine!! Anyway, we decide rather than the same model which costs approx. 10K, we would go for a later model that is about 7K.Couple of months and some conclusion at last, you hope. Not yet, says Frootle India – the discount would apply “only to the same model and not any other”. “Well OK, may not Rs 2000 but something proportionately less is fair enough”, we ask. “Nope” tootles Frootle – “buy the same model or nothing”! Why should we buy an older more expensive model particularly when it broke down without any resolution for months! We decided against another product through Frootle.The whole experience left a bad taste. We unfortunately also have other products (Ecovacs) distributed / sold by Frootle India and dread the consequences when they break down. Their products are expensive and after sales service as well as consumables are very expensive. Safer to buy products that are either manufactured in India or have a good customer service here. Buyers pls Beware!!
