I’ve been using the Nutripro mixer for More thn a year for my little one. —great for smoothies, Purees, soups , and grinding in no time. What really stood out to me was the customer service. When the machine stopped due to some reasons after few months of use, the company honored the warranty without any hassle and actually sent me a New Machine in replacement. And once the Blade had broken they had sent both the blades even. The whole process was smooth and quick, which gave me a lot of confidence in the brand. I’ve had this Blender for about few months, and for the most part, it’s been a very useful appliance. I use it for many things, and it has always worked well.After four months of use, the motor stopped working, which was a disappointment. But what really stood out was the customer service.
