    Worse Seller (VALMA) – Avoid at All Costs-

    Terrible Product, Worse Seller – Avoid at All Costs!I regret purchasing the Diggingsound Hearing Aids sold by VALMA. The product is a complete waste of money. Here’s why:Poor Sound Quality: The hearing aids amplify everything, including unnecessary background noise, making them completely useless for clear conversations.Uncomfortable Design: The neckband is bulky and feels awkward to wear for extended periods. It’s definitely not user-friendly.Faulty Bluetooth Connectivity: The Bluetooth feature disconnects constantly, making it impossible to use reliably with a phone or any other device.Horrible Build Quality: The product feels cheap and poorly made. Mine stopped working entirely after just two weeks!Terrible Customer Service: Reaching out to VALMA was a nightmare. They were unresponsive and refused to honor the warranty or offer any support.This seller is unreliable, and the product is not worth your time or money. There are far better options out there. Do yourself a favor and avoid buying from VALMA or investing in Diggingsound Hearing Aids. Total disappointment!

    worst item, there are many noise, speaker sounds seems like sharp knife penetrating ear & not clear. And finally stopped working with two months of purchase. Doesn’t know how to get repaired as it was under 6 months warrenty.

    Don’t by the product .To delivery the product it took 15days and the product was also defective when I keep it for charging it was not getting charge and even I was not getting to listen from it properly and even the delivery status was not updated due to all this issues I was not able to return after long coordination it took 20days to return which was very disappointing even the 3rd part seller was not cooperating when I applied for return the 3 times my returns delivery was cancel from delivery partner after long follow the finally the product was return.
