    this offers a decent power level for basic systems, handling entry-level to mid-range builds without issue. Build quality is average? lightweight but reasonably sturdy for its price range. Functionality is straightforward, with no fancy features but reliable day-to-day operation. The power supply quality is basic, lacking premium components, yet stable enough for low-demand setups. Power supply performance remains consistent under normal loads, though not ideal for high-end gaming or heavy workloads. On the power saving front, it’s not 80+ certified, so efficiency is modest, but acceptable for budget-oriented use.THE PACKAGE BEING LIKE THAT IS I ASSUME IN TRANSIT BY DELIVERY PERSON…it was sent over in one single unprotected package along with a pc cabinet, so it got mashed up like that-

    This PSU almost FRIED MY PC

    It almost burnt my pc. Pls do not buy this power supply. I bought a new one and installed it on i3 build, but my ssd got correpted the next day. Initially I thought it was the SSD that gave away. Four days later, I assembled a completely new ryzen 5 3400g pc using this POWER SUPPLY, after running through two days, on the third day I saw a small spark on my case fan. I switched off and switched on the main power supply, I could clearly see sparks inside the pc cabinet all four times. NOW I FOUND OUT, THIS PSU IS COMPLETELY DEAD.PLS DO NOT BUY THIS CHEAP POWER SUPPLY. GO FOR COOLER MASTER OR MSI OR ASUS.I DIDN’T WENT FOR REPLACEMENT because I will never ever use this type PSU now, I don’t care about the 700 rupees lost in this psu.

    Heavily modded ECO 400—low ripple, better thermals, and cleaner performance.

    The Ant Value ECO 400 is a basic entry-level SMPS, suitable for low-power systems. However, with targeted component-level upgrades, I was able to significantly improve its ripple suppression, thermal handling, and overall reliability.🔧 Modifications Performed:Output Filtering:Added 2200µF electrolytic capacitors in parallel with the stock 1500µF caps on the 3.3V, 5V, and 12V rails.→ Total: 3700µF per rail✅ Result: Reduced ripple, improved voltage stability under load.Input Bulk Capacitors:Replaced original 2×330µF 400V capacitors with 2×470µF 400V units.✅ Result: Increased energy hold-up during transients and improved input filtering.Surge Protection:Added a MOV (Metal Oxide Varistor) across the AC input line.✅ Result: Enhanced protection against voltage spikes and surges.Bridge Rectifier Cooling:Mounted a heatsink onto the boxed full-bridge rectifier block.✅ Result: Improved thermal dissipation and rectifier efficiency.Main Switching Transistor Heatsink:Replaced the stock thin aluminum heatsink with a thicker, higher-mass heatsink from a better unit.✅ Result: Lower thermal stress and better long-term reliability.Fan Upgrade:Replaced the original fan with a higher RPM fan sourced from a superior PSU.✅ Result: Increased airflow, better cooling under continuous load.—âš¡ End Result:The modified ECO 400 now provides significantly cleaner DC output, better thermal performance, and added surge protection.Although these were quick, practical hardware mods (not aesthetically refined), the PSU now behaves closer to a mid-tier unit and is suitable for more stable operation in everyday use.💡 Recommendation:A good choice for electronics enthusiasts or budget PC builders—especially if you’re comfortable with hands-on component-level work.

    PSU is ol for Build a Normal PC

    PSU is ok for Build a Normal PC, but if you are building. a Gaming PC, so it is does not recommended, you must buy atleat 80 plus bronze certified PSU
