    Best Projector Purchase for Home and SMEs

    One of the best purchase decisions as its quality surpassed all my expectations. Its laser projection makes pictures so sharp and bright. Its so handy to carry because of its size. The sound quality was also superb. You can also connect it with external BT speakers and its ease of use is amazing. The remote control also was really easy to use and connect.

    Don’t Waste your money…..

    I got this product on 03 March and within a week it stopped working(the projection was intermittent resembling BLINKING) I placed a return order on amazon on the last day of the return period and spoke to a customer support guy from amazon who acknowledged that it is within return period. He then gave me the benQ customer support number and told me to talk to them for resolving the issue. He also promised that my return window will be kept open till my problem resolves. I had to speak to the benQ customer service many times and after putting a mail to customer care I’d I was told that they will not provide a pickup for my faulty product. After a considerable delay in response by benQ, I had to take the product 200kms away from my house to guwahati service centre on 28 march 2025 where they received it and told me that they will send it to Delhi main office and further a replacement will be sent to my home address without delay.It’s been one and half months since I have reported the fault and no replacement has arrived yet.. Thoroughly disappointed after spending a huge amount (58K plus) for a so called premium product of a so called premium company(BenQ) which has proved otherwise. Such an irresponsible and pathetic customer service for such a reputed company is unacceptable. I now feel that I should have gone for cheaper and reliable projectors rather that investing such a huge amount on this product.On the otherside, amazon has also conveniently closed the return window the very next day contrary to the promise made by their customer care rep.Utterly disappointed by both BenQ as well as amazon customer care.

    1. Excellent colors, sharpness and motion capability. Laser light source really shows.2. Brightness is perfect for night time dark rooms as well as day time with heavy blinds drawn. Not suitable for daytime with even diffused sunlight from light curtains.3. The design is excellent for both wall projection as well as ceiling projection. (ceiling projection is our favorite).4. Picture positioning is super easy with automatic positioning at pretty much any angle. manual fine tuning option is also fast and helpful.

    BENQ SUPPORT IS PATHETIC. DONT FALL FOR IT

    Received a defective product out of the box. Getting ToF sensor abnormal error. Immediately raised a complaint with benq for replacement. Benq does not have any support center in pune and instead sent a service engineer who had no clue about projectors. They picked up the defective item for replacement post which there is no clear process or update on when replacement will be shared. BENQ SUPPORT IS PATHETIC AND IT IS NO DIFFERENT FROM THE CHINESE SUPPLIERS.

    Good

    If this projector came with a price tag of 50,000, I would have given it five stars. The product is very good. Apart from price, the other problem is that you cannot save your settings if you are keeping it fixed at a place and set/adjust the screen manually. Every time you switch it off, you have to set is again next time. Picture quality is very good and sound is also good.

    It’s perfect

    Really great set up in dark room only. Outdoor use is not up to the mark.Speaks is next level. You don’t need to connect any external sound source.Battery back up is okay okay. It’s last around 2 hours in eco mode may last more in low power mode but brightness will be compromised.I’m overall happy with picture quality and sound.Zoom in – out feature is not available. You will have to change the distance of ur machine from the screen to manage the zoom.
