    Customer service was great

    I purchased the product last November and I used it for 5 to 6months and then it stopped working and later I contacted customer care and they were very helpful they told me the juicer mixer doesn’t work unless the jar is placed on the motor .so I tried once again by placing the jar on the motor and then it worked smoothly.Thanks for the cookwell team for their good support
