Good product
The first product delivered was not working. Then I requested replacement, which was delivered the next day. This one works fine. The heating is not exactly uniform, but it does the job.

PRESTIGE TOASTER MADE ME A GUINEA PIG
Toasts keep burning even at low 2/3 settings. ‘Cancel’ button does not eject and toast becomes BLACK. Even when mains switch is put off, black toast does NOT pop-out. ‘Crumb tray’ does not slide out/in without struggling. M/s TTK PRESTIGE could not even get their ‘team’ to attend to the problem, even when their email to them marked importance as ‘HIGH’ for a WAR VETERAN VERY SENIOR CITIZEN!Nobody should fall in their TRAP!

And the machine is working excellent till date
A toaster was always in my list of essentials. However, I was not interested to go with a traditional toaster. Then I saw this toaster from Prestige. The first thing that I was impressed with this toaster was its colour; a fresh mango yellow colour catched my eyes at first go. Hence, I bought this toaster from Prestige few months back. To my expectation, the colour of the product is almost as same as showing in the picture. And the machine is working excellent till date. Moreover this is available at same price as the other traditional tasters.

It stopped working the very next day its one year warranty expired. Pretty disappointing.

I was skeptical at first ordering from Prestige for an electrical appliance, but the product has all the features as well as the built quality that one can expect from any brand.

Very useful domestic appliance
The media could not be loaded.
Earlier I used similar Toaster, but of some other make.Overall performance is ok.The big minus point is the POWER CORD, which, in my opinion is very short Its length should be at least 2.0m long. Hope Prestige Co. will take care of this aspect in future.

A toaster that worked for 11 days! Amazing!
I have never bought an appliance from Amazon because I don’t trust their after-purchase service. I broke my own rule because I wanted a yellow toaster to match our kitchen and my local guy didn’t have one. What a mistake. This very pretty Prestige item worked for exactly 11 days (one day past the return window) and then conked out. Back and forth, back and forth with Amazon (ZERO support) and none of the Prestige servicing centres picked up their phones.Finally it was my local guy who tracked the Prestige guy down and had it repaired. The repair lasted two weeks. He organized it for me a second time and that also lasted less than a month. I finally got a nice Bajaj one from him – in white. Can’t have everything, but two years later, it’s still working.ONLY BUY LOCAL!!! is my new credo.

Extremely bad quality. Stopped working within 6 months
Don’t ever judge thIS product by it’s BRAND.I bought it on February 12th, 2018. Within 7 months the toaster has started giving problems.as you can see in the photograph the inner heater on the inner walls are red and heated where as the heaters on the outside wall are not red and has stopped working hence I am getting a toast which is heated and hard from one side only.Inspite of having proper bill and yes I didn’t receive any other warranty card along with the toaster box so the on spot service guy did not touch the product and told me to take the toaster to a service centre which is quite distant from my place. So basically the on spot service is a hoax.In a metro city if this is the condition you can well imagine the service in other cities .My suggestion is plz don’t go by looks as I did and don’t rely on this company who has deteriorated down the years.The product is just not up to the market standard. It’s a low quality overpriced cheap product.
