It’s compact, not bulky at all, and very convenient to use daily.I did face an issue with the mixer twice, but what impressed me the most was their customer service. I contacted them directly, and both times they arranged an instant replacement within just one day. Blender quality is really good in compact size , easy to use.I must mention The excellent customer service by Cookwell team ..I’m using this product since a year now but my wet grinder blade got damaged and started leaking.. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I bought this mixer a few months ago, and after using it for some time, I noticed that the blades had developed cracks since they are made of plastic. I was about to buy new blades, but I decided to contact the company first,and luckily, it was still under warranty. They provided me with both blades free of cost and without any fuss. I just message them and within 2-3 days I got it delivered at home. For this, I would give 5 out of 5 stars to their customer service.The mixer itself is good, but only for limited quantities. It works well for making protein shakes and small portions for 1–2 people. However, it is not suitable for heavy grinding or cooking in larger quantities. Overall, it’s good for light use but not for major food preparation.

Happy with the grinder, very happy with their service.
I purchased a cookwell bullet mixer grinder one year ago. We can grind ingredients effortlessly and clean it up easily.Worked well without any issues.I had a problem with motor couplet ( it has two years warranty) . I called customer care and they responded immediately and sent a replacement within a week. They also sent a video to show how to fix it. I appreciate their services and professionalism. I recommend this product for it’s efficiency.

Blender is OK, customer support is excellent!!
The blender was delivered on time, which I really appreciated. However, we didn’t get a chance to use it immediately since we travelled to the UK just two days after delivery. When we eventually unboxed it, I noticed that the travel caps for the jars were missing, which was a little disappointing. That said, the blender itself worked well, and the performance was even better than I had expected.One issue I did come across was that the blender only worked using the switch, rather than by pressing the jar down as mentioned in the catalog. Unfortunately, things got more difficult when the blender stopped working altogether within three months. This made food preparation for our baby quite challenging. I followed the troubleshooting steps provided on the website, but the problem remained unresolved, and we ended up purchasing a replacement blender here in the UK.At that point, I reached out to customer support since the product was still under warranty. To my surprise, the Cookwell Support Team was extremely responsive and helpful. After I provided the required details, they quickly arranged for a replacement, which was delivered to my home within a week. That level of service was excellent, and I truly appreciate their prompt support. I hope the new blender will serve us well for a long time.Thanks again to the Cookwell Support Team!

Excellent customer support
I bought this cookwell mixer grinder juicer recently it was working good but I got a minor issue slight leakage from the wet grinding blade and blades became bit loose so I reached out to them in what’s app and described my issue and send them a video proof and they asked for my address and send a percel the same day although it took more than 10 days to get the percel as today I got it and when I opend it I saw 3 items in it wet grinding blade, dry grinding blade and a silicon oil speeding spoon like something the thing is I am very happy with their customer service thanks cookwell team 🤗
