    SCAM OF A COMPANY AND WORST QUALITY PRODUCTS

    The media could not be loaded.

    This company is a fraud that just likes to harass and steal the customers of their hard earned money. The buttons of the product stops working on the day of return window closing and then company acts to try and replace the product. How ever they do not pick it saying its too big of a shipment to carry on bike (using shiprocket to pick the product up and telling me that they can’t pick that up as if that big of a company or any other one do not have the capacity or vehicles to pick a product like this). After a month of daily false promises to pick it up they are now saying to send the product to them which they will reimburse too. I simply do not trust them as they have dragged me into this much of a mess till now and then I will spend my money to send the product for which I could be harassed again.Worst brand to buy products from, please DO NOT BUY AND WASTE SO MUCH OF YOUR MONEY!!

    It was a painful experience for me

    I didn’t feel comfortable using this product. When it’s pressed on my foot and calf, it was really painful for me. Since there is no option for return, I am forced to keep it. This is my personal opinion. I had tried a similar product of different brand. But that wasn’t painful.

    2 times replacement – Still the same common issue

    The media could not be loaded.

    This is not a good product. I bought it on May 29th it didn’t work at the beginning then I replaced with another one. It worked only for two 2 weeks. Now when I ask for the replacement or repair, I have to sent it to Manali via courier. They do not have service center here.
