    Very good equipment. Its great for househould work as well as professional work. It has a continous capacity for working @ 130 Amps, which is pretty much enough for metal as thick as 5 mm, overall a great product, you recieve a pair of welding goggles, a hammer cum wire and the welding machine itself with cables. Also, get your product registered as soon as you recieve it to avail the warranty!It doesn’t get hot at all, but remember the better you treat your tools , the longer they will last without an issue.I am planning on building a buggy with a motorcycle engine, currently learning to weld. Wish me luck !Thanks Amazon and iBell for a great tool ! 😀

    Perfect Tiny Welder !!

    Being a software engineer, do understand that I’ve never ever done a Weld in my life. So was skeptical on how to proceed. But with iBell’s customer support reputation and extended warranty assurance, I was confident on my purchase. Amazon delivery was quick(to Cochin, Kerala) despite the quarantine/lockdown. Kudos to Amazon’s delivery team for this. iBell’s customer care contacted me the very next day and assisted with registering the product and extending warranty to an extra 6-months. They also mailed me a certificate for this.The machine itself is very tiny and light-weight. And the strap is heavy-duty and will surely come in handy for roofing projects, where you can hang the welder on your back. The clamp/ground wire – I feel is a bit too short (1 meter), though perfect in my case. The stinger wire is longer(2 meters). After welding intermittently for 30 minutes, there was no heating found in the machine. Now the small digital meter in the front shows you exactly what amperage you are setting the machine too.My first test was on 16 gauge steel tubing and this came out really well. I was able to weld at even 40Amps, without the rod sticking too much. Although in the beginning I tried setting it to higher like 75-90Amps to get the arc going. Since I was using 16 gauge material, the higher amperage started blowing holes through the material. I then went with 2.5mm 6013 rod and at 40Amps, was easily able to make myself a computer table frame as shown in the attached picture.Overall this has been a perfect purchase. I love the fact that the customer support called me to follow up with the before and after delivery aspects. If you have a little more money to spend, I would recommend the just higher model instead (IBL M220-76) which can control “Arc Force” or how much you dig into the weld material. I think that would be immensely helpful to beginner welders or DIY-ers who want to tinker at home.Definitely would recommend this and if need be would happily purchase this again.

    I have not yet used it. I am a beginner. I wish samples of different types of welding rods and small pieces of work-plates were also bundled for practice.Will write another review after I have started using it.
