Absolutely incredible !!
I do a lot of online shopping but never took an effort to write a review but this one made to..First : the product is absolutely incredible ,Compact and gorgeous.. best suited for office/home table decor. Trust me u won’t take your eyes off from it.. u can see the picture attached just incase if you wonder how it may look like.Second : I got 28L version and Man !! This one is way too small than you could ever imagine . I was expecting a decent medium size but not it’s compact.Third : This is where I would like to make a complain there is no manual no instructions and I had absolutely no clue on how to install it. For beginners like me who have never seen a filter before in life this was a uphill task. I had to spend an hour trying to figure out to fix it.And finally packaging was excellent and never expected a 5 layer package with support of thermacol on all sides. Product was shipped from Haryana to Chennai travelled over 2000kms without any damage as promised.Kudos to the seller !!

Easy to setup..
The media could not be loaded.
Easy to setup though no detailed instruction manual was available . The filter and air pump working fine. Only a plastic plant came along with acquarium. Could have added little more acquarium decoration items. Overall good quality product.

Filter bad
Quality is good but the filter is not working properly and because of which the water is getting dirty at a very fast rate. Which makes difficult to change the water every day .so don’t buy it

Now water is very clear.
Don’t use the coloured light. Due to that the water is turned greenish colour after every five to six days. Iam not using the light now and tank water is very clean and not necessary to changing the water frequently.

The package contains the glass aquarium itself, water pump with sponge set up and a background (not that great). One complimentary plant decor(orange one in my pic). The package is packed well. No cracks on my one. It’s perfect aquarium for small fishes. The plastic lid is thin plastic, can break if your not careful. It’s operation is noiseless. My pump was disassembled (not sure if unintentionally or on purpose). Setting it in place was a bit tough. But not a deal breaker.All in all its almost a complete set. All you need to do is buy fishes and soil (if you prefer).

Faulty LED light.
The LED light started flickering in 12 hrs . The plugs are of poor quality. I am left with option than to buy a new one. Can I nuy separately. Wish there was an intruction booklet.

Initial issue:Motor is giving electric shock. More than 3 fishes died. When I was touching the tank with motor pump on, I got a shock as well. Then only I realised this issue. Very poor motor pump fitted in the aquarium set. Not recommended to buy this.To Seller: Is there any way to replace the motor..?Update:Seller was kind enough to understand the issue and send the replacement motor. And response was super quick. Though there was an issue, customer support was exceptional in responding to issue faster..!
