Bell connect not working
I purchased this lock just a few days back . It was installed yesterday. The lock is good but the bell connect feature is not working. When the person came to install, he showed it to us. It worked then. Today it is not working. When I reached out to the helpline, I am told that since my wifi is on 5G it will not work. It works only on 4G. Such a requirement is not written in the product specification. I don’t know how to set it right.
