    Waste service waste product Don’t buy this

    Waste product. I will not recommend. I just bought the device on 24 but device is not turning ON. I fully charged the device as per guidelines of manual, then it starts but after 2 days again it switched off. No response from team. No service centre. No return policy. Don’t buy fireboltt u will loose ur money time.

    Worst Brand Ever – Avoid at All Costs!

    From the very first day, the Fire-Boltt watch didn’t even start. I tried contacting customer service, but it was absolutely useless – no proper response, just a complete runaround.When I finally managed to exchange the product, they sent me a cheaper version WITHOUT SIM support, completely different from what I originally purchased. After that, they just stopped replying to my emails. Every time I raised a new ticket, they closed it without giving any proper solution. Total scam-like behavior.Amazon’s regular customer service couldn’t help either – they just told me to contact the brand directly.After nearly giving up, I did some digging online and contacted their customer relationship team directly with all the proof. ONLY after their intervention did I finally get a refund – and that too after 3 frustrating months.This is hands down the worst brand and the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT buy anything from Fire-Boltt. It’s not worth the money, the hassle, or the stress. Stay away.

    Worst experience – Both Fire-Boltt watches stopped working!

    The media could not be loaded.

    I purchased two Fire-Boltt Snapp Smart Watches from Amazon (different accounts) within the last 2 months, and shockingly both have stopped working. One didn’t switch on from the very first day, even after charging overnight. The other also failed within weeks.This feels like a scam – poor quality products, no proper support, and endless frustration. I am extremely disappointed and feel cheated. Requesting Amazon to take strict action against such sellers.
