    Main item itself is missing here, fooling customers

    The packing did not have the main part. Be careful, this is how the packing is done. Fooling people with 2 extention connectors with actual dongle gets missing. What king of quality checks being done either a product worth 2700 rs ?

    The media could not be loaded.

    My car is mostly run by driver and family being in backseat has always been cumbersome to operate wired Android Auto.     The first one turned out to be faulty, it would not connect to the car or the phone no matter what I tried. I called Lifelong customer care and the company refused service since the product was within replacement period. I requested for a replacement and Amazon replaced the product without a hassle. The newly delivered product has been working smoothly.It takes only a moment to connect once you plug it in. Sometimes, if you shift your gear to reverse while it is connecting, it glitches. Otherwise, it does it’s job very well.
